Hydrawise App - Field Insights

Field Insights is a powerful tool that provides real-time visibility into the health and performance of your customers' irrigation controllers and zones. Whether you're managing a single site or multiple properties, Field Insights helps you stay ahead of potential issues and maintain optimal system performance with minimal effort.

  1. Sign in to your Hydrawise account.
  2. From the Home screen, tap the Customer Management icon ().
  3. Tap Field Insights.
  • Not Connected: Controllers that are not connected to the internet in the last five minutes.
  • Electrical: Zones with electrical issues. After a beta period, this feature will be available as an optional upgrade.
  • Flow: Zones with flow issues. This report is applicable only to controllers with an HC Flow Meter installed. After a beta period, this feature will be available as an optional upgrade.

During this beta period, we encourage customers to provide feedback on these new features. The embedded form in the app can be used to submit the feedback.
