This document provides instructions for configuring a static IP address for the ICC2 LAN (Ethernet) Communication Module for Centralus Software. Throughout the examples, the IP address 192.168.0.111 will represent the LANKit-assigned IP address.
The default setup will include the DHCP enabled.
Predefined Static IP address will be configured like below:
| Static IP Address | 192.168.2.110 |
| Subnet Mask | 255.255.255.0 |
| Default Gateway | 192.168.2.1 |
| DNS Server | 192.168.2.1 |
- Press and hold the LANKit button for approximately 3–4 seconds, then release it. This will enable LANKit’s static IP mode and disable DHCP. All three LEDs will turn red, and LANKit will automatically restart.
- Press and hold the LANKit button for approximately 9–10 seconds, then release it. This will restore LANKit to its Out-of-Box State, where static IP is disabled, and DHCP is enabled. All three LEDs will turn red, and LANKit will automatically restart.
- Launch your Web browser and type 192.168.0.111 in the address bar at the top of the window.
- Click the DHCP Settings button.
- Select the DHCP option Use Static IP Address.
- Click Save.
