At the 2025 American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Conference and EXPO in New Orleans, Hunter Industries hosted a booth that generated nearly 700 individual votes. Each vote helped determine how the company would distribute its annual $10,000 donation in support of collegiate landscape architecture programs. This collaborative effort will fund 51 university programs in 2025.

The top vote‑receiving schools were:

  • Utah State University
  • Arizona State University
  • University of Florida

Hunter is proud to support the landscape architecture profession, education, and emerging professionals shaping the future of designed environments. By directing donations toward academic departments, student development, and classroom resources, Hunter reinforces its commitment to growing the profession and investing in its long-term success.

This annual $10,000 pledge strengthens connections between industry and academia, ensuring students are exposed to real-world technologies, sustainable practices, and the evolving needs of landscape design and water management.

Looking ahead, the 2026 ASLA Conference and EXPO will be held in Los Angeles, California, where Hunter looks forward to another year of engaging with the landscape architecture community. Supporting education is more than a sponsorship. It’s a partnership with the next generation of innovators and practitioners.

Together with ASLA, universities, and educators, Hunter remains committed to advancing thoughtful, well-supported pathways for students pursuing careers in landscape architecture.
