The Serial Number is a unique identifier required to authenticate and establish a connection between the Hydrawise controller and the Hydrawise® cloud-based software platform. The serial number’s location is critical for technical support scenarios and hardware replacement procedures.
HC, HPC, Pro-HC & HCC
To access the serial number on the touch screen, follow these steps:
- From the Home screen, click Status.
- Click Connection Status.
X2™ with WAND
The serial number can be found either on the white sticker attached to the wand or printed directly on its exterior surface.
In-App
- Sign in to your Hydrawise account.
- Tap the (
) icon in the upper left. - Tap Controller Settings.
- View Serial Number.
