The Controller Selection Tool in Hydrawise enables you to toggle between any controller within your account. When a Hydrawise account is created without a serial number, a trial controller is created. If necessary, this controller can be removed by using the simple steps listed below.
IMPORTANT: Use caution when deleting any controller from your account. This action is permanent and requires you to start the process by adding a new controller if the wrong one is removed.
- Sign in to your Hydrawise account.
- Tap the Controller Section Tool at the top of the app.
- Tap on the Controller that is no longer needed in the app (e.g., My Controller).
- Tap the (
) icon in the upper left. - Tap Controller Settings.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the app.
- Tap Delete Controller (use caution as this will permanently remove the controller).
